Returns Policy

  • Please return items back to our warehouse within 28 days after the order was received.
  • If items are returned to our warehouse, these will be returned at the sender’s expense.
  • Original confirmation must be returned with the order to allow us to process. If you have lost this, then please state.
  • Online refunds must be made to the same Paypal / CC used in the original transaction.
  • Returned items must be in their original state, with tags attached. These must be deemed unworn to be accepted and processed as a refund.
  • If briefs contain a hygiene sticker this must still be in tact when returned.
Please note we do not provide free returns, though see below for a tutorial on how to claim back your postage fee if you paid through PayPal.  


Returning Items? Please include the returns form sent within your parcel to: Please return items to: JOJOE Returns, 2 Byron House, 4-6 Keats Lane, Earl Shilton, Leicestershire, LE9 7JL, England. Exchanges are accepted within 28 days of the original purchase date. An exchange will be processed once we receive back the original order, stating the exchanged size. We will then send this out within 5 working days of receiving back in our warehouse.
